My girlfriend and I purchased a beautiful white leather sofa from this company at another Dallas location (no longer there) and because we had such a good experience there with the awesome rep that we wanted to come back to this company so we went to their Farmers Branch location. There we was assisted by a rep name Jessica who is completely worthless, unfriendly or professional.
We found a bed that we liked and while filling out paperwork, she and another coworker gossiped non stop. She was not attentive and had a dazed looked about her that I couldn't trust. We received the bed the next day as expected, BUT it was completely dirty, as if it had been dragged through the ground without covers or protective plastic wrap. Even worst, the bed had massive water damage that looked like dried *** We called the store immediately to let them know the condition of their supposed new bed, but come to find out that this was a DISPLAY model that she never bothered to tell us!
They agreed to discount our bed for $75 and we patiently waited for an entire month (not exaggerating) while having to call them several times to see progress on the check that we were expecting in mail. Each call was basically, "yeah we sent the check out..." meanwhile I'm checking or mailbox everyday. Never got the check in mail nor any correspondence on their end at all! So *** aggravating dealing this store and the *** *** Jessica.
Today, when we (not them) called to find out what's going again, now she is saying that the money is credited on our account.. called the financing company they use and they say there is no credit! At this point, we got in contact from someone from the financing department name Gabby and finally got some clear answers. Needless to say, our experience here was complete ***!
Never are we coming back to Cancun Market again!
The inconvenience is not worth their fairly priced merchandise. Worst service I've received in my life.
